Quoddy mocs are created by hand, utilizing time-honored techniques and quality materials. The Canoe Moccasin has a one-piece vamp, which wraps around the entire foot. This is handsewn to the "tip" with locked stitches to ensure comfort and durability, the two most important benefits of moccasin construction. Nickel eyelets on the tip and around the collar dress up this slip-on casual style. Wrap-around leather vamp and laced collar, dark brown rubber camp sole. Made in Maine, by Quoddy Trail

Chromexcel is still produced in the United States using a bark retannage from a proprietary recipe, and then genuine hot stuffed with our secret blend of natural oils and greases.

Chromexcel is characterized by a rich pull-up in full aniline, hand rubbed finishes. Made to this day with old world craftsmanship, modern Chromexcel carries on a long history of superior comfort and durability.
